Wrapping, packing & postage.

I like to think, that when you are buying a product from me, you are buying an experience.

One that provides you with your chosen product, including wrapping and postage, all of which are taken care of, for you... by me.

 

With that in mind, all my products come carefully wrapped, in boxes, with ribbon or tape and with essential oil descriptions tags & *CLP advice.  

 

All my hand made products are prepared in my workshop by my hands only; (hands are washed very regularly and surgical gloves worn).

 

Items will arrive ready for you to treat yourself with, or as a gift

(with a free note, if requested) to a friend or loved one.

 

All 1st class UK postage costs are included in the *product price as advertised, with further options for fast tracked delivery.

With regard to EU postal prices, I encourage you to contact me for a quote, as this will be based on weight and I will secure the best option for you regarding your specific purchase.

 

This way you don't get any nasty shocks of extra prices when checking out your goodies.

 

If you would prefer a different form of postage e.g signed or next day delivery, some of those options are available for purchase when checking out.  If you don't see what you are looking for, do feel free to email me and I will quote for the postage you are interested in.

 

My makes go out usually 3-5 working days of your orders Mon - Friday (unless I contact you).  

 

Orders placed on Fridays after 3pm will be classed as Monday orders.
